The Daily Tar Heel
I’ve been a columnist for the last two years, an integral experience to my interest in journalism. I’ve published over 20 pieces, covering political and sociocultural topics like the 2024 election, queer issues and university administrations. Read some of my work HERE.
DIGITAL STORYTELLING
UNC–Chapel Hill
In my MEJO 121 class, we’ve had the opportunity to explore various aspects of the editing process. This linked project was a video I filmed with my father, the Boys’ Director of a volleyball club in our hometown. Check it out!
FEATURE WRITING
Hacked Off
I spent several months onsite in London interning for Hacked Off, a pressure campaign standing up for victims of media abuse. I am most proud of a feature piece I wrote based on a personal interview with Graham Johnson, an advocate for press justice and former editor at the Sunday Mirror. It’s linked HERE.
